We will respond in an e-mail saying if the Marche apartment or Marche villa is available in the period by you requested.
If it is available, you can hold an option on the Marche villa or Marche apartment for 3 days.
If you don't get back to us within these 3 days, we are free to rent the Marche apartment or Marche villa out to others.
To confirm your reservation we ask a deposit.
We will communicate the owners' banking details to you, so you can make the payment directly into the owners' account.
Please send a copy of the credit-transfer by email, so that we can confirm
your reservation immediately. Otherwise we send you the confirmation of the reservation as soon as the money has arrived
into the owners' bank account, and this can take some days.
The balance is payable eight weeks before your arrival, unless differently agreed.
If you book less than eight weeks before your arrival, we will ask you to pay the total amount with the booking.
Once we have received the copy of the credit-transfer we will confirm your payment by email.
If we don't receive the balance payment when due (normally eight weeks before the check-in date),
we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below.
If we are unable to accept your booking we shall return your payment.
If you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday, let us know as soon as possible.
If we are able to rent the villa or apartment out to others for the same period
your money will be refunded by the individual owner of the property.
Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:
---If you cancel within 42 days before the check-in date 30% of the total amount has to be paid.
---If you cancel within 28 days before the check-in date 60% of the total amount has to be paid.
---If you cancel from 28 days - 1 day before the check-in date 90% of the total amount has to be paid.
---If you cancel 1 day before the check-in date or on the day of arrival 100% of the total amount has to be paid.
Italy Tours and Italian Cooking Courses Bookings

You can also contact us for a personalized Italy tour or Italian cooking course.
It is possible to have your name listed on the provisionally list of people interested in a
Italy Tour or Italian Cooking Courses, without any engagement.

Cancellation by Le Marche Holiday
Le Marche Holiday retains the right to cancel the course until 42 days before the first day of the course
if there are unsufficient participants. In that case we will contact the participants that have already
booked as soon as possible, and all payments will be refunded to the participants.
Cancellation by participant
Please let us know as soon as possible if you unexpectedly need to cancel your reservation.
In case we find another person that can participate in your place we will refund your money.
Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:
