Phaedra, is graduated in Art History and specializes in Italian Renaissance Art. She is an experienced tutor and speaks fluently English and Italian. Her extensive knowledge and love of the history, art and society of Central Italy will become evident as she leads you on tours of towns and countryside.
Chef Ennio teaches in his hands-on cooking courses the tradition of the Italian kitchen and Italian wines. The beautiful position of his restaurant at the property of the Caravanserraglio agriturismo, with ten hectares of land with olivegroves, vineyards, organic kitchengarden and orchard, make the cooking courses a delightful experience full of new discoveries!
