Casa Le Querce is a charming rural home in the beautiful hills of Le Marche, near the town of Tolentino. On the main floor a spacious living room with sofa, fire-place and dining table, a kitchen and a lavatory. On the first floor another sitting room with sofa and fire-place, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, wash-basin, bidet and toilet. In front of the house is a large verandah (50m2) with dining-table/chairs, and a ping pong table.
The villa has a private swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful green garden with olive groves, a vine yard, a small orchard, a wooden play house for children, a swing next to the 300 years old oak, and marvellous views. Casa Le Querce is attached to 2 acres of enclosed land. The pool comes with extra bathroom, a changing room and adjacent is a room to take shade and relax.
