Marche Italy Villa Rental

Casa Gina is a beautifully restored country house with five spacious bedrooms (three doubles, two twins) with two more extra beds and plenty of space for two more children. Each bedroom has a private bathroom/shower room. The villa is furnished with typical Italian style country furniture, terracotta tiled floors, shuttered windows and beamed ceilings. On the main floor a beautifull, very spacious living with arches, a newly installed kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge etc. and a games room with pool-billiard, sat TV, and music system. From the living french doors lead to the beautifull gardens with dining facilities. The bedrooms are located on the first floor each has it’s own private bathroom, again newly installed and tastefully designed.

The house offers a high degree of comfort, it has lot’s of space, and is well equipped and very tastefully designed. The new pool 12m x 6 is situated below the house, reached by wide, paved steps and has a spacious elegant terrace, south facing with wonderful views of the valleys beyond including the medieval hill town. Immersed in countryside on all sides surrounded by sunflowers, corn fields and olive groves there are lovely walks from the house, and which is well located for exploring the region.

Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided along with an outside eating area outside the house covered to shelter you from the hot Italian sun and a perfect place to enjoy sun sets, lunches and dinners under the stars. Baby sitting is available if booked before hand as is a prepared dishes service, taxi service and a weekly maid service which can be increased. Towels and Linen provided all brand new as this is Casa Gina´s first year of rental.
