Holiday home Casa Viaggiatori is situated on the main floor and has a big wooden veranda in front with dining table, where you can enjoy the gardens and the panorama over the fields and the Sibillini mountains. The apartment has two bedrooms, a double bedroom at the main floor and a twin on the first floor, a sittingroom with futon bed-settee, tv and CD player. Two bathrooms: one with bath-tub, wash-basin, bidet and toilet and the other with shower, wash-basin, bidet and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table leads through a second entrance to a small private garden at the back of the house.

Marche Rental Prices include: use of swimming-pool, water, electricity, gas. If at departure the holiday apartment is left in order and clean there is no extra charge for the final cleaning. Otherwise an extra charge of 50,00 euros is applied for final cleaning. Prices exclude heating: 20,00 euro a day. Bring own pool/beach towels. We ask a security deposit of 200,00 euros at arrival which will be refunded at departure, subject to any damage or additional expenses incurred.

The Area

Azienda Caravanserraglio is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Marche, around it stretches the territory of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, overlooking the valley of the Chienti river.

The villa has wonderful views of the strolling hills and it is an ideal place for walks, the nearest towns are San Severino and Serrapetrona (about 3 km) and Tolentino (5 km). These are quiet medieval cities where you can do your groceries, have an ice cream or visit historical sites.

Next to that there are nearby cities of artistic and cultural importance that are easy to reach by car, like Macerata, Loreto and Assisi. In half an hour you can reach the Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches.
