Italian farmhouse (19th Centruy) in the hills of the Marche country, near the ancient town of San Ginesio.The property is comfortably furnished and has recently been restored by the Italian owners Patrizia and Paolo. The farm house enjoys beautiful views over the valleys towards the Sibillini mountains.

The Apartments

Alloro (sleeps 2+2) is situated on the ground floor with private wooden verandah, comprising good-sized open plan lounge and dining area with kitchen facilities and one double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

Ulivi (sleeps 2+1) is situated on the ground floor with private wooden verandah, comprising kitchen with dining table, one double bedroom with extra single bed. Bathroom with shower.

Sibilla (sleeps 4+2) is situated on the first floor comprising open plan lounge with bed-settee and dining area with kitchen facilities, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outdoor dining facilities provided in the gardens.

Fate (sleeps 2+2) is situated on the first floor comprising open plan lounge with bed-settee and dining area with kitchen facilities, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor dining facilities provided in the gardens.

Granaio (sleeps 6+2) is situated on the second floor comprising spacious open plan lounge and dining area with kitchen facilities and large balcony with table and chairs, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
