
| For the Accommodation To receive information about availability just send us an e-mail to info@le-marche-holiday.com. We will respond in an e-mail saying if the apartment or house is available in the period by you requested. If it is available, you'll get an option on the house or apartment for 5 days. If you don't get back to us within these 5 days, we are free to rent the apartment or House out to others. To confirm your reservation we ask a deposit. We will communicate to you, according to the property you want to book, the banking details so you can make the payment directly into the account of each individual owner. Please send the copy of the credit-transfer via fax (0039-0733-908818), so you can receive the immediate confirmation of your reservation. This is the fastest way to receive your confirmation, without fax you’ll have to wait until the credit-transfer has arrived into the bank account, and this takes some days. On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer via fax (0039-0733-908818) we will confirm your reservation.
The
balance is payable eight weeks before your arrival, unless differently
agreed. If you book less than eight weeks before your arrival, we will
ask you to pay the total amount with the booking. Once we have received
the copy of the credit-transfer we will confirm your payment
by e-mail or fax. If you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday, let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to rent the house or apartment out to others for the same period your money will be refunded by the individual owner of the property. Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied: ---If
you cancel within 42 days before the check-in date 30% of the total amount
has to be paid. For the Courses and Cultural Holidays: For information and availability requests please send an e-mail to info@le-marche-holiday.com or phone us at +39-0733-908284. If you’ld like to have a personalized product you can freely contact us. It is possible to have your name listed on the provisionally list of people interested in a course or trip, without any engagement. To confirm a reservation we ask a down-payment of 30% of the total amount. On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer via fax (0039-0733-908818) we will confirm your reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the first day of the course/tour, unless differently agreed. The payment can be made by bank draft or by credit card. The additional charge for payments by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) is 4%. If the payment is made by bank draft, we will ask you to send a copy of the payment by fax (0039-0733-908818). If you book less than 8 weeks before, we will ask you to pay the total amount with the booking. Once we have received the copy of the payment via fax, we will confirm your booking by e-mail or fax. If we don't receive the balance payment when due (normally eight weeks before the first day of the course/tour), we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below.
